New York DIY lifers Real Young & Lazy Horse are an unreasonably faithful, occasionally feral reincarnation of Neil Young & Crazy Horse at their most ragged and transcendent.

Playing marathon sets for the sheer love of it, the band doesn’t just cover the storied songbook — they become it. With uncanny renditions, slow-burning solos, ripping jams and a chemistry you just can’t look away from, their shows routinely spill overtime as setlists weave through familiar favourites and deep cuts alike. To categorise them as simply a tribute act would be missing the point. Rolling Stone called them “one of the most fun live acts in rock.”You don’t even need to know Neil’s records to feel what happens when these guys take the stage. Of course, it’s a plus if you can sing along.
